About Katherine Watson
Katherine is a Small Business Wellbeing Coach based in Toowoomba. She supports all Southern Queensland areas:
- in-person support in South East Queensland
- telephone and video calls in all Southern Queensland.
With a passion for helping others, coupled with previous experience in running her own small business, Katherine knows the challenges small business owners are facing and the importance of adaptability in times of change.
Katherine’s previous work at Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Queensland has seen her provide support to drought affected communities and delivering community psychoeducational programs.
Katherine employs a person-centred and strengths-based approach, to create safe and trusting connections with her clients. She is committed to motivating clients to make positive changes to meet their future goals. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), has a background in dialectical behaviour therapy skills training and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Katherine works with a team of Wellbeing Coaches located throughout Southern Queensland. These services are proudly funded by the Queensland Government and we’re delivering them on their behalf.
