About Business Wellness Coaching
If you’re a small business owner in Southern Queensland, we offer free and confidential emotional coaching and wellbeing support.
We support metro and regional small business owners who are experiencing mental health or emotional wellbeing stress. Our Business Wellness Coaches can help with stress from many areas of your lives, such as stress from your business, or other challenges including personal, relationship or health issues.
Sit down and have a chat with a locally-based Business Wellness Coach and work through your unique, personal business challenges, needs and opportunities in an understanding environment.
Our Business Wellness Coaches are qualified mental health and wellbeing professionals with a background in business. So you can be assured you’re talking with someone who can help you ‘take the next right step’.
How we can help
Free service
Our emotional coaching and wellbeing support is totally free, with no additional payments.
Qualified Coaches
Our Wellness Coaches are qualified in psychology, counselling or behavioural science.
One-to-one support
You’ll receive one-to-one emotional coaching and wellbeing support – from one Wellness Coach.
Customised to you
We’ll work together to reduce your stress, improve wellbeing and develop strategies for the future.
Flexible timeframes
The length of time we provide support is based on your needs (short or extended duration).
No medical referral
You don’t need a medical referral. Our service isn’t connected to Medicare or mental health plans.
Different ways to chat
Talk with us on the phone or video call. In South East Queensland? We can also chat in person.
Financial counselling
You also have the option of receiving free financial counselling (if financial hardship applies).
The support provided by a Business Wellness Coach is not clinical and does not include prescribing medical aids. If it’s identified that your needs exceed the support available from a coach, you’ll be referred to an appropriately licenced clinician.
