About Sandra O’Neill
Sandra is a Business Wellness Coach based in Brisbane. She supports all Southern Queensland areas:
- in-person support in South East Queensland
- telephone and video calls in all Southern Queensland.
Sandra has broad experience in both business and counselling. With over 30 years of professional experience in business including consulting, training, management and owning small businesses herself, Sandra brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
She has experience operating her own private counselling practice and delivering training for the Lifeline DV Alert Program as well as Lifeline corporate training. Sandra holds a Diploma of Counselling and is a Registered Counsellor with the:
- Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists
- Australian Counselling Association.
Working with clients, Sandra takes a person-centred approach so a friendly, safe and trusting environment is created. As everyone’s circumstances are different, she approaches each client with respect for their unique circumstances.
Sandra understands how running a business and managing mental health can be interrelated, particularly with the additional challenges small businesses have faced in recent years. She is passionate about improving wellbeing and helping each small business owner live their best life.
Sandra works with a team of Wellness Coaches located throughout Southern Queensland and looks forward to meeting you and working together to achieve your business wellness goals.
